After countless hours of testing and researching for ways to get rid of hives, we have decided to compile and create a short list of remedies we found to be helpful and effective. This list is based on personal experience, thus whilst it may work on us it is not guaranteed to work on you guys as well.

The very first remedy that I would defiantly recommend to you guys would be Aloe Vera, why you may be wondering, because Aloe Vera works! Aloe Vera is 100% natural and thus has little chances of causing a side effect, furthermore it is very cheap and accessible. Aloe Vera is also very easy to apply and buy, you can buy Aloe Vera in two forms. The first form is a cream based form, you can buy these from your local supermarket, they can cost anywhere from $5 to $20. The other form you can purchase would be an Aloe Vera extract, these can also be purchased from your local market or they can be picked up from your own background if you own Aloe Vera plants. I would recommend you grow Aloe Vera, if you are not already. To apply this remedy, just apply the Aloe Vera onto the affected area everyday night and morning and let it soak in for a up to an hour. Repeating this every day for a few weeks will be sure to see some results.
The second remedy that I would recommend you try out would be an baking soda paste. These can be made very easily from the comfort of your own home. They are also fairly cheap and easy to make. To make this paste, just combine baking soda and warm water together. You’ll be left with a brown mushy paste, use a spatula or your finger and apply this onto your affected area. It is recommended that you repeat this everyday at least twice a day to see some results. You will have to continue doing this every day for a few weeks, if you still do not feel as if you are making progress, then it may be time to consider a different hives treatment option.
Another remedy that you can try out are Nettles , Nettles are a traditional type of medicine but is rather effective on hives because it is a natural antihistamine. Nettle tea can be made really easily, it can be taken as a drink , a supplement or a food. Use a cotton ball and dip it inside vinegar, let it soak for a few minutes before taking it out. After you take it out, you can just apply it onto the face. In order to reduce stress I would recommend you try out some breathing exercises, these exercises aren’t that hard to do and can be done almost anywhere. To do these exercises, follow the short steps below:

- Hold your breath for 4 seconds
